  This document provides a summary of information to parents about suspension and expulsion. It will assist parents to understand the purpose of suspension, what will happen and who may be able to assist them (if required).

• Helping your child with literacy
  include a range of brochures, audio files, videos and resources that provide information about helping your child with literacy.
• Pause, Prompt, Praise
  pamphlet  for parents on a useful literacy technique devised by Macquarie University that Kogarah High uses as part of the literacy partnership. Parents are encouraged to carry out  this technique with their child four times per week for 15 minutes sessions

  provides access to a range of pamphlets outlining activities that can be used at home to support mathematics learning at school that can be downloaded in 22 community languages.
